7th grade students are applying addition and subtraction of rational numbers in a real-world budgeting situation. They track money added to a prepaid debit card, subtract monthly expenses and possible service fees, and determine whether they will have enough money by the end of June to purchase three Disney World tickets.
We are super excited to be hosting a Books Are Fun Book Blast again this year grades 4-6! 馃殌 We will launch our blast Monday! Each student will bring home the information, and all it takes is 10 emails to win a prize. The first 72 students to complete 10 emails will receive prizes on Tuesday! Students receive books based on donations made directly to them. This is not a fundraiser. It鈥檚 a way for students to receive books! We are so excited about this year鈥檚 Book Blast!
