Mrs. Lisa Wright

Dr. Lisa Wright
Dr. Lisa Wright was born and raised in Millport, Alabama. South Lamar School is her alma mater where she was a member of the varsity cheer team and a 1997 graduate. Dr. Wright began her education career in Aliceville Elementary where she taught 1st and 3rd grades. She then moved to South Lamar in 2005 where she taught 1st grade, kindergarten, and was K-12 Librarian. Dr. Wright entered into administration in 2016 as assistant principal where she served for 3 years until becoming principal. This is her 4th year as principal at South Lamar School. Dr. Wright is married to Lane Wright. They have two sons, Brooks (16) and Max (14). They reside in Millport.
Dr. Wright has enjoyed each and every aspect of her educational endeavors and looks forward to continuing to work cooperatively with students, parents, and staff to help South Lamar School reach its highest potential.
