In 2018, I graduated from Mississippi State University with an Educational Specialists degree in Educational Leadership. I have been teaching for 15 years and will be starting my 10th year here at Lamar County High/Intermediate.

I am married to Crystal McKay Robinson who is a graduate of Lamar County High School. We have 3 wonderful children, Emma Beth, Ashlyn and Preston. Emma Beth is an 11th grader at LCHS and is a member of the Student Council, Beta Club, National Honor Society, and the Varsity Volleyball team. Ashlyn is in 6th grade and loves cheering for the Dawgs.  Preston is in 4th grade and loves playing basketball and baseball.

I am also a Veteran of the U.S. Army. I joined in 2001 and spent 5 years as an enlisted soldier at which point I commissioned in 2006 as as a Second Lieutenant.  I served 2 combat tours overseas, Iraq in 2003 and Afghanistan in 2009. I opted out of the service in 2014 due to an unfortunate injury and I finished my time as a U.S. Army Captain. Since my time out of the Army, I have been able to spend more time with my kids enjoying their activities. Also, I enjoy archery, hunting and fishing. ROLL TIDE!  GO DAWGS!
